"Experiență excelentă la Rollin Smoke Bistrița! Preparatele au un gust autentic american, burgerii sunt foarte suculenți, bine echilibrați, iar cartofii și garniturile completează perfect meniul. Coastele BBQ sunt fragede și aromate, exact cum trebuie pentru un smokehouse veritabil. Servirea este promptă, atmosfera plăcută, iar calitatea preparatelor confirmă reputația locului. "The best burger I’ve had so far ! So juicy and fresh, the cheese sauce beautiful! My partner tried a “balkan beast” I think is the name of the burger with an upgrade of beef brisket prepared by owner by an original recipe . I had also a delicious cocktail prepared by the barman.. An absolute delightful experience! We will be back again when we are visiting Bistrita !"

"TLDR Neapărat veniți si încercați un fel de mâncare la smoker, slow cooked sau un burger, și obligatoriu un cocktail din cele 20+ disponibile. Veniți din București, de la 550+ Km distanță, obosiți după drum, am văzut localul acesta plimbându-ne prin centru și am zis "De ce nu, pare interesant." Gizăz, nu am mai mâncat BBQ asa de bun în viața mea. Și am termen de comparație (București - Smokeareală, Shandra'ma etc) De cum intrii, ești întâmpinat de o lumină in surdină, ambientală, similar cu un speak-easy. Barul pe dreapta, cu tejghea și scaune înalte ca un bar veritabil, pe stânga mese, întâi tip bar, apoi cu scaune și canapea. Decorul Rustic / American chiar mișto făcut, loc suficient între mese (singurul minus zic eu ca e locul micuț, dar cu spațiul pe care l-au avut la dispoziție, au făcut minuni) Muzica - atunci când am vizitat un rock / metal care nu e prea agresiv, ceva mai "pe gustul tuturor". Dar nu e specific numai rock. Muzică jazz, blues, hip hop, R&B, si alte genuri mișto veți găsi întotdeauna. În meniul extrem de variat veți găsi de toate, de la specialități la smoker sau slow cooked la grătar tradițional neaoș. De băuturi.... Nici nu mai zic că îmi fac de râs așa zisele "Cocktail-bar - uri" din Bucale... Cel putin 20 de sortimente de cocktailuri clasice, signature, long drinks, bere, vin, tării care mai de care... Nota 10 pentru prezentare, staff amabil, gust extraordinar și preturi totuși rezonabile pentru calitatea și gramajul oferit."
